If no input errors or validation errors were found, the above message will be displayed. As you scroll down this page, all of the information you entered will be displayed (see example at the top of the next column).

Double check the information to ensure that it is correct. If it is not, click the Back button on your browser and correct the information.

If the information is correct, click the Complete Transfer button at the bottom of the page.

Once the transfer is complete, this message will be displayed. To begin a new transfer or a series of transfers, click on the Begin New Transfer link that will appear at the bottom of the screen.

To leave the transfer program, click on any of the other options.
