The Top 25 Records for Milk, Protein and Fat—regardless of age—completed in the history of AJCA production testing programs are listed below. These lists include extended lactations of no more than 365 days which have been made official by the American Jersey Cattle Association.

The name of the animal and owner(s) are listed in the first column. Information in the second column is in the following order:

  1. Year the lactation was completed
  2. Age at calving
  3. Days milked
  4. An asterisk in the column after days milked indicates that the animal was milked more than twice daily during part or all of the lactation.
  5. Pounds of milk produced
  6. Pounds of fat produced
  7. Pounds of protein produced
  8. A “V” following the record indicates that it has been verified.
