Registration Updates

It's easy to put registrations on the back burner. Now would be a good time to check your records and make sure that you have sent in applications for your calves getting close to six months of age.

InfoJersey will let you register, transfer and order Performance Pedigrees for your Jerseys online. Just click on infoJersey link here, or look for the link on the homepage of USJersey.com.

If you haven't used the system before, you'll need to apply for a User Name and password. Again, go to infoJersey and enter your Customer/Owner number along with a password of your choice (at least eight characters long) to webmaster@usjersey.com.  Your AJCA Customer/Owner number will be your User Name.

Online Time Saver Applications. For faster registrations, try the online Time Saver applications.  The calf information that comes from your DRPC is pre-loaded into the registration program.

To use online Time Savers, after you’ve logged onto infoJersey:

  • Select the Animal Registration link.
  • Enter the Registration Bin instead of Manual Registration.  The ID for any animals sent to the AJCA by your DRPC will be in the Registration Bin.
  • To complete their registrations, check the boxes to the left of the animals' IDs.
  • Then select “Edit The Selected Animals” at the bottom of the page.
  • The registration program will display the selected animals one by one for editing. Enter names and tattoos and/or American ID tag numbers.
  • After editing an animal, select “Save Application” at the bottom of the screen.  If the application passes all edits, no error messages will be displayed at the top of the screen.
  • Then select either “Save Application >>” at the bottom of the screen or “>>Next>>” at the top of the screen to view the next application.
  • After all applications have been edited, choose the “Select All Animals That Pass Validation” at the bottom of the screen.  The use the “Register All Selected Animals” link to complete their registrations.

Any animals missing from the Online Time Saver application can be registered using the Manual Registration process.
