Become
a Junior Member of the AJCA
If you are under the age of 21, you may
qualify for Junior Membership in the American Jersey Cattle Association.
To qualify, you must be listed as a Recorded Owner of a Registered Jersey:
When you become a Junior Member, you become affiliated with the oldest dairy breed registration organization in the United States. The American Jersey Cattle Association was organized in 186 to "improve and promote the Jersey breed." It is today a worldwide leader among purebred registry organizations. Membership entitles you to register the Jerseys you breed at regular membership rates. This saves you at least $3 for every animal you register until you are 20 years of age. Membership--junior or lifetime--is required to participate in the National Jersey Youth Achievement Contest, the National Jersey Youth Production Contest, the All American Junior Jersey Show, and the AJCA scholarship program. Note: Junior Membership expires on December 31 of the year in which you attain your 21st birthday. |
