Entries for the 2014 Futurity will be accepted through December 31, 2011. All Registered Jersey heifers (i.e., have GR or HR status or registry status of 75% or greater with Jersey Canada) born on or after September 1, 2010 and before September 1, 2011 are eligible.

You may nominate up to 10 heifers on this form. After completing, click SUBMIT. You may use this form as many times as needed. Note: This form cannot be used for heifers that have not yet been registered with the AJCA. 

IMPORTANT: The nomination fee of $7.00 per entry must be received in the AJCA office before December 31. Late payments will not be accepted, nor will refunds be made on any payments.
